Account & use
You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring marketing complies with applicable anti-spam regulations and recipients’ subscription preferences.
Subscription & billing
The service offers a free trial and paid plans. Entitlements, quotas and billing rules are governed by the plan selected at checkout and the descriptions in the console.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
